Rare Spotlight:
M·A·C × Jeremy Scott – Cheeky Volume 1
Loud. Flashy. Borderline unhinged. And that’s just the packaging. Jeremy Scott brought his signature chaos-glam energy to M·A·C in a one-of-a-kind drop that turned every product into a pop-art time capsule. With Cheeky Volume 1, he gave us a blush palette shaped like a mixtape and painted it with unapologetic color.
Jeremy Scott — Creative Director of Moschino — is known for throwing subtlety out the window and dressing the fashion world in cartoons, fast food, and consumerist kitsch. His 2018 collab with M·A·C was no exception. The collection was a full-volume celebration of throwback music culture: cassette tapes, CD cases, boomboxes — reimagined as full-blown makeup palettes.
Why? Because M·A·C has always been about performance, drama, and subverting the expected — just like Jeremy.
This wasn’t beauty. This was a pop culture stunt in pigment form.
✔ Cheeky Volume 1 (Acoustica) — A limited edition blush/highlight/bronzer trio housed in a retro cassette tape case, screaming with nostalgia and packed with runway-ready payoff.
That’s the only piece from this drop in our collection — and it’s enough to make this moment matter.
✨ Did you know? M·A·C’s Jeremy Scott collection dropped in 2018 and looked like a stack of mixtapes — literally. The lip palette? A boombox. The cheeks? A cassette. The eyes? A CD. It was a full-volume glam drop that remixed makeup packaging forever. 🔊🎶🔥
